Weekend Reading #15
A Birthday sale, turning a year older, and what we watched this week
Weekend Reading is up on the blog. French girl beauty trends, the Eiffel Tower stairs are up for auction (if you can afford it, they are yours), inside the Paris catacombs renovation, and more.
The weather was a wild roller coaster in Chicago this week. We had one day of warm weather, and the rest of the days I was back to my sweaters.

I spent the weekend kicking off birthday festivities. My husband and I are two days apart. We spent the afternoon at the Cubs game, which went into 11 innings. Sadly, the Cubs lost in the end. It was still a lot of fun! We will continue the celebrations tonight with a dinner out.
Birthday Print Shop Sale
Traditionally, I have a birthday sale in The Print Shop. This year, I am doing 20% on everything! From prints and guides to my book Paris Every Day.
Use the code BIRTHDAY20 for 20% off. The Paris Spring Itineraries are up to date, and The Paris Guide 2026 will be updated after my upcoming trip to Paris. If you purchase The Paris Guide during the sale, I will send the updated version as soon as it is available!
*Orders will ship the week of April 20th once I am home.
I had a haircut and color this week, and the woman who cuts my hair, Amanda, and I showed up wearing similar outfits. This is not the first time this has happened. I am wearing the Alex Mill jacket. So cute and perfect for spring.
Also wearing my favorite Frame jeans. My code has changed, it is now REBECCAP15 for 15% off.
I ordered this ME+EM dress over a month ago, and it got lost. They sent a replacement, and I am still on the fence. Should I keep it? Paired with these flats and this Cuyana bag.
LAKE Pajamas now has a monogram option. I hope they extend this to more soon.
Bonjout Beauty recently launched a cream! I use their balm especially around my eyes and lips, and really love it. They extended a code for readers REBECCA15 gets you $15 off.
I bought this wallet for my husband with his initials.
These nail polish remover pads are so good! I bought them on a whim, and they don’t disappoint. I use them in between appointments to remove my polish.
Did anyone get Celine Dion tickets? I was up at 3:30 am and was not successful. Fingers crossed, I still hope to see her later this year.
This Week’s Best Sellers
This week’s best sellers include the SPF favorite from Iris and Romeo. (currently on sale at Sephora). The white skirt will be a favorite I wear on repeat this summer.
What I Watched This Week
My husband and I binged season 2 of The Last Thing He Told Me. I read the first book, and we watched Season 1. I didn’t realize there was a follow-up book and a second season. The only thing I didn’t love was the Paris footage. It was half filmed in Paris, and the other looked like NYC. If you didn’t know, you wouldn’t.
We also started back Your Friends and Neighbors Season 2.
P.S. Don’t miss my list of favorite Parisian bistros. These are the names and addresses I give to all my friends headed to Paris.
