There’s something very adult about realizing your dream Mother’s Day is basically just silence, no obligations, a walk, and nobody asking you where something is for a few hours.
The older I get, the more luxury starts looking exactly like uninterrupted calm.
I think we all deserve a little uninterrupted calm. Recently, I was thinking why my pup is always relaxed. (Except for the occasional squirrel or large dog outside the window) He has been screen free since 2020. No news, no social content, he has the easiest time falling asleep and staying asleep each night. 🤣
Just stayed at the Le Grand Hotel Cayre earlier this month and enjoyed my stay there. Good location too. Now at the Hotel du Danube (rue Jacob) which is also very nicely located.
I’m currently staying at a lovely 5 star hotel on the Left Bank- JK Place- and I highly recommend it. I’m not sure if this is one you reviewed, but it’s intimate (only 29 rooms) and the service is excellent.
